Zap! Kapow! Join us for a Marvel-ous members-only party as we unleash our creativity and toon in for fun! Come dressed as your favorite character from cartoons, animation, or anime and get drawn into the action. Create your own comics, follow clues on a super scavenger hunt, and fuel up with free snacks and refreshments courtesy of MCM. It’s going to be ink-credible!
This event is for current museum members only. Registration is $10 per family (after MCM member discount).
Join MCM for the most adorable Valentine’s-week party in town, where everyone is just as sleep-deprived as you! Enjoy baby-and-toddler exclusive playtime, social time for adults, a footprint keepsake craft, lovey-dovey Music with Junebug, and more!
Bring your significant other, or come with just you and your cherub (ages 0-3). Sorry, no older kids allowed this time—the babies are taking over the museum!
Tickets for toddlers 1-3 yrs and adults are $5 each; babies under 12 months and MCM members get in free! This event may sell out, so we recommend you get your tickets in advance.

Once on the brink of extinction in the 1990s, the Iberian lynx is now slowly returning thanks to major conservation efforts. Explore this remarkable story through wildlife photography by David Álvarez and hands-on learning that invites children and caregivers to see nature through “wild eyes.” Learn where lynx live, how they survive, and how you, too, can be part of protecting endangered animals and the Earth. Through the organization One Tree Planted, children will vote on where in the world one tree will be planted on behalf of all attendees.
Tras estar al borde de la extinción en la década de 1990, el lince ibérico se está recuperando poco a poco gracias a importantes esfuerzos de conservación. Descubre esta fascinante historia a través de la fotografía de naturaleza de David Álvarez y actividades interactivas que invitan a niños y adultos a observar la naturaleza con una mirada diferente. Aprende dónde viven los linces, cómo sobreviven y cómo tú también puedes contribuir a proteger a los animales en peligro de extinción y al planeta.
