To request a private event at Madison Children’s Museum, please complete and submit the form below.

 

Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed by a member of our event planning team, who will follow up with you within 5-10 business days.

Please note that while we make every effort to accommodate all requests, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and your event date is not guaranteed or finalized until you have signed a formal rental agreement.
