    Join us for a fun music and storytelling program for early learners.  There will be singing, puppet shows and a chance to move our bodies.

    Kids will get the most out of being there for the whole program, but families are invited to come and go as needed. Children will gain literacy, use their imaginations, and use large motor skills as they experience the different activities in the program.

    Today’s Lily-Pad Theater has been canceled, as weather conditions prevent our coordinator from getting here. Please join us again next week.

    Stop by our doll-making workshop in the art classroom and learn to make a simple wire-bodied art doll from our buffet of beautiful materials. Decorate your doll with beads, ribbon, flowers, buttons and shells.

    Join us in creating a fleet of cars to be used this spring and summer on our Funkyard Speedway!  We will have dozens of blank pinewood derby car bodies to be customized your very own way, then we will use that car to run races all summer long on our brand new Funkyard racetrack.  Come and design, draw, sand, hammer, paint, and assemble with us!

    A free drawing workshop for all ages with artist Angela Richardson that takes image making from itsy-bitsy to huge! We’ll make tiny drawings on teeny paper to BIG drawings on GIGANTIC paper. We’ll listen to music and dance as we draw. We’ll make small movements and big movements. We’ll draw with our hands…and our whole bodies.

    Madison artist Angela Richardson has created our current Sidewalk Surprise window installation called “Don’t Forget to Write” that will be on display until Jan. 5th.
