Exciting things are happening as we get ready for the 2019 American Girl Benefit Sale! The Ticket Lottery Presale starts on April 1 and the General Ticket Sale starts on April 15. The benefit sale is your chance to buy heavily discounted or discontinued, authentic American Girl dolls, accessories, books, clothing and more—all to benefit the work of Madison Children’s Museum and, via the American Girl Fund for Children.dozens of other area nonprofits working on behalf of children.

Traveling to the sale? Rooms are reserved for American Girl Benefit Sale attendees at North Central Group hotels in Madison West/Middleton, including Fairfield Inn & Suites, Residence Inn, Courtyard, and Hilton Garden Inn.

Ticket Lottery Presale Starts April 1!
As a reminder, tickets for the 2019 American Girl Benefit Sale will be sold in two phases, just like last year:
- The Ticket Lottery Presale will begin at 9 a.m. (CST) on Monday, April 1, 2019. The presale will run until Sunday, April 7 at 11:59 p.m.
- The General Sale will begin at 9 a.m. (CST) on Monday, April 15, 2019, and will continue until all tickets are sold.
About the Ticket Lottery Presale:
The upcoming Ticket Lottery Presale offers motivated shoppers the chance to get the earliest possible entry times for the Saturday Sale—and the ability to purchase the earliest Sunday entry times. Tickets are purchased online and every shopper who places a ticket order on the same day has an equal chance of getting the earliest entry times available that day.
We will send out an email on March 31 with the link you should use to purchase your tickets during the presale.
Important: our computer system is robust but it may experience issues if every single shopper tries to buy tickets at 9:01 a.m. on April 1st. If you are able to log on and buy your tickets later in the day, please do so!
Remember, it DOES NOT MATTER what time of day you buy your tickets during the presale. The only thing that matters for your place in the lottery is the DATE on which you purchased your tickets.

Proceeds from the sale benefit the American Girl Fund for Children and Madison Children’s Museum. Over 200 volunteers donate their time throughout the year. More than $23 million has been raised over the past 31 years, benefiting the children of Dane County. Thank you for your support!
