A retro-country songstress
Nikki Lane has been compared to everyone from Loretta Lynn and Nancy Sinatra to Zooey Deschanel in She & Him. She’ll bring her twangy, alt-country songs to the High Noon Saloon, 701 E. Washington Ave., at 8 p.m. on Sunday. Nashville songwriter Jonny Fritz and Wisconsin native Hugh Bob (of Hugh Bob and the Hustle) will open. Tickets are $10 ($12 at the door).
