UW Virtual Scratch Programming Class

The UW Computer Sciences department is offering a free virtual Scratch class on Sunday afternoons beginning September 26. This virtual class replaces the in-person class that had been planned to take place at Madison Children’s Museum.

Hey 4th and 5th graders!  Do you want to learn how to program in Scratch with a group of kids your age with help from UW-Madison Computer Science students? Are you interested in creating your own interactive art, stories, and games? Do you want to know how computers work?   If yes, we invite you to join UW-Madison Computer Science students on-line each week to learn about computation and programming in Scratch. All classes are free!

On-Line Sunday Session:
October 3 – December 12 (No class Nov 28)
1:00pm – 2:00pmOn-Line Tentative Thursday Session:
September 30 – December 9 (No class Nov 25)
