Remake Learning Days Kickoff Party (free admission!)
April 21, 2023 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Join us in the Wonderground to celebrate Earth Day, explore the museum, and learn about dozens of free family events taking place April 22-29 as part of Remake Learning Days – Badgerland. Admission is free and registration is not required. Only the Wonderground will be open this evening. Please enter through the Wonderground gate on East Dayton Street by the Log Cabin.
Master of Ceremonies WKOW-27 Storm Track Chief Meteorologist John Zeigler will broadcast the weather live from the Museum for the 5 and 6pm 27 News and will share his love of weather science. WKOW-27 is the Festival’s official media sponsor.
Activities include:
- Hands-on science activities with CESA 2, UW Neuroscience outreach, and Wisconsin Science Festival
- Earth Day activities with Madison Friends of Urban Nature (FUN)
- Arts activity with Overture Center for the Arts
- Forward! Marching Band, performing 6-6:30 pm
