Group Health Cooperative: Pediatric Flu Clinic (Day 1)
Saturday, October 5 @ 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
We’re inviting members of the Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin to get their flu shots at Madison Children’s Museum and enjoy a free day of play!
This pediatric flu clinic is available for eligible children age 2 through 12 years and their siblings/parents/caregivers. To participate, at least one person in your GHC-SCW group must be within this age range. GHC-SCW members attending the clinic will receive free admission to Madison Children’s Museum for the day of their appointment.
Clinic times are available on Saturday, October 5: 9 am – 3 pm, and Saturday, October 6: 9:30 am – 1 pm. Appointments are required; the clinic will not accept walk-ins. Due to limited availability, GHC-SCW members should schedule early to secure an appointment. Appointments can be made by calling (608) 257-9700. Please note, scheduling through GHCMyChart℠ is not available for this event.
The Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin seeks to ensure eligible children have the opportunity to be able to receive their flu vaccine at this clinic. For some, not having reliable transportation may be a barrier to attending this event. Transportation assistance may be available for BadgerCare Plus members by calling MTM at (866) 907-1493, or by using the bus stop directly outside the museum.
