Lost & Found

Keeping track of little kids is tough, and sometimes things get lost. If you realize that you’ve mislaid something at the museum please let us know as soon as possible.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we will not store food or beverage items overnight. Items severely soiled or presenting a hazard may be disposed of (this includes but is not limited to socks, pacifiers, wet clothes). Due to space limitations, art projects will be kept for a maximum of one week. All other items are retained for three weeks. 

Claimed lost and found items will be kept separate and may be picked up during any of the museum’s regular business hours. Due to space limitations, claimed lost and found items will be kept for no longer than one month after their claimed date and we do not have the capacity to ship items to their owners.

To inquire if your item is in our lost and found collection please send an email and include your name, the best phone number to reach you, a description of the item, and the date of your museum visit. All emails are answered in a timely manner.
