Join MCM Roadshow for a joyful Juneteenth celebration and parade hosted by the Kujichagulia Madison Center for Self-Determination. Don’t miss the Twenty-Second Annual Juneteenth Parade, which will depart at 10:45 from Fountain of Life Church (655 West Badger Road) and proceed down Park Street to Penn Park. Once you’ve reached the park, enjoy an afternoon full of activities and events celebrating Black history, heritage, and freedom. Find us in the kids’ area and join us for art-making activities.

Dive into an exciting drop-in art experience each week with Laurie and our Art Studio team. Embark on projects with a wide variety of art media and processes for all ages and abilities. Materials are included—and the best part? We take care of cleanup! Today, we’ll create printed textiles using dyes and resist made from mud.
