Camp Kindergarten 2024

Mondays–Thursdays, 9–11 am, for rising kindergarteners

Camp Kindergarten is designed to playfully foster social and behavioral skills useful for school readiness in children starting kindergarten in the fall.

They’ll run like a gerbil, create like an artist, and think like a scientist. Each morning will start with free play time before the museum opens. Then they’ll do a craft or science activity and further explore the museum’s exhibits. Making new friends and playing together will help campers practice important kindergarten skills like turn-taking and standing in line, and will encourage kindness and confidence. 

This four-day program runs Mondays–Thursdays in August, 9–11 am, with three one-week sessions to choose from.

Campers may pack a snack. All activities will take place on-site at MCM.
