Event Schedule

Load-In Time
This is the earliest time at which the client and vendors can unload supplies at MCM. No set up may begin on the floor until 5 p.m.*

Set-Up Time
This is the earliest time at which the client and vendors can begin to set up on the museum floor. 4:30 p.m. set-up time applies to the Art Studio and Rooftop only; set-up in all other areas may begin no earlier than 5 p.m.*

Event Start Time
This is the earliest time at which your guests will be admitted to the museum; no events may begin earlier than 6:00 p.m.*

Event End Time
Event package rates are based on an 11 p.m. event end time. End times after 11 p.m.are subject to additional pro-rated rental fees, based on event package.*

Clean-Up End Time
Clients and vendors must complete all event clean-up no later than one hour after scheduled event end time. Events scheduled to end prior to 10 p.m. may request additional clean up time; additional time must be requested in advance of event date.*
