Dear Valued Clients and Couples,

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently no longer accepting/processing bookings for facility rentals and weddings at this time.  We are also no longer processing Date Requests and Holds.

All inquiries for future events are being cataloged and will be contacted after we resume rental operations and have re-scheduled all events displaced by the widespread health emergency.

Please note during Madison Children’s Museum’s closure, facility rental staff are working extremely reduced hours. Please allow for severely delayed response times.

 

Date Hold  & Reservation Policies and Procures

  1. To request a date to be held, please Request a Date through our online system or contact our facility rental coordinator via email or call (608) 354-0540
  2. Clients that wish to hold a date prior to a tour may hold a date for 10 days.
  3. Clients that wish to hold a date after a tour or meeting with our facility rental coordinator may hold a date for 21 days.
  4. All holds expire at 4 p.m. on the date given to you by the facility rental coordinator.
  5. During your hold period, should another client request that specific date, you will be contacted by our facility rental coordinator and given 10 days to fully reserve the date. You have first right of refusal till this time.
  6. A date is fully reserved for a client once the following three items are completed
    1. A signed facility rental agreement has been turned in to the facility rental coordinator by date listed on facility rental agreement
    2. Security deposit has been paid (determined by facility rental coordinator and outlined on facility rental agreement)
    3. Rental deposit has been paid (determined by facility rental coordinator and outlined on facility rental agreement)
