Yoga, Movement, and Mindfulness

Join Lisa Joyce from SSM Health for an introductory yoga and mindfulness class for children, to kick off Healthy Habits Week at MCM. Learn basic yoga poses, play movement games, and practice breathing and mindfulness skills. This program is recommended for ages 5 to 9, and we will offer two 30-minute sessions, beginning at 1:30 and 2 p.m. No advance registration necessary; sign up for a spot at the museum on Tuesday afternoon.
