Spring Hat Making

Come to our Spring Hat making party in the art studio from 10 to 11 a.m. to create a fancy hat to wear in the Capitol Square Easter Hat Parade! To join the parade, meet at Capitol Kids at 11:45 a.m. and join the springtime stroll at noon.
