Visit our historic Log Cabin to learn food preservation techniques used by Wisconsin’s early European settlers and Native American communities. Joining us for today’s program is special guest Faith Anacker, owner of Fizzeology Foods.

  • Explore the science at work behind fermentation
  • Sample local heirloom food
  • And help preserve some of the Log Cabin’s fall garden harvest
