Take a pause in your busy morning and join us for Mindful Moments. Each week we will practice mindful breathing and relaxing yoga poses, read a book together, and participate in a cooperative game or activity. Activities may include making mind jars to encourage mindful breathing at home, following a treasure map, or making a snack together. These playful activities help us explore topics such as kindness and gratitude, and support social and emotional skill building. Please join us promptly at 11:30. Best for children ages 3-6 and their caregiver.
