Intro to Mindfulness

Need a moment to pause over this busy winter break?
Join us for an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness. We will read a short story, practice basic “belly breaths,” and make a mind jar, as a first step towards learning how to pause and breathe when feeling strong emotions.
We will have two 30 minute sessions, beginning at 1 and 1:30 p.m.
Best for ages 3 to 7, with caregiver.
