Covid Vaccination Clinic at MCM, October 2022

Madison Children’s Museum is partnering with AMI Expeditionary Healthcare to host a pop-up COVID vaccination clinic at the museum for kids ages 6 months and up.
- Thursday, October 13, 3–7 pm
About the free family vaccination clinic
Update: During the October 13 vaccination clinic Adults will be able to receive their initial series of covid vaccinations or boosters. Children will be able to receive the initial series only. Booster shots for children WILL NOT be available during the October 13 clinic. Please watch for updates for later clinics.
All vaccinations are free. Admission to the museum is free for anyone getting vaccinated or accompanying a family member getting vaccinated.

How to register:
- Click on the button below to go to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services registration page
- Enter the captcha (authentication) code on the bottom of the screen to proceed
- Enter your information and answer the screening questions
- NO Insurance information is needed
- Agree to the attestations
- Change the date range to include October 13 and search for zipcode 53703
- Select one of the time slots – and then you’re done!
Important note for anyone signing up to get their SECOND dose who got their FIRST dose at the museum or any other WCVR clinic:
Instead of using the process above, please use the link in the email you received after receiving your first dose. If you try to start from scratch, you’ll likely get an error message.
