Bring a bit of our popular rooftop play-garden home with you from our rooftop greenhouse garden! Transplant your new plant friend into colorful, unique, recycled ceramic vessels made by other children at the museum. Learn about how to nurture and care for different species of plants, and how having a pet plant can be tons of fun!

This event is free with museum admission ($9 for adults and kits over 1, $8 for seniors/grandparents, free for museum members). We do have a limited number of plants in need of good homes, and they will be given out to kids on a first-come-first-served basis.
