March 15 – April 15, 2017
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn through play at the museum, regardless of any physical, cognitive, cultural, or economic barriers. Our goal is to always say yes to play, which is why we created the Access for Everyone program.
In the last fiscal year, Access for Everyone allowed 26,654 children, caregivers, and groups to engage in playful learning at the museum – 14% of our total audience. In addition, the museum offered 769 free and reduced-priced family membership, representing 21% of all memberships, totaling nearly $100,000 in discounts.
Make a gift to Madison Children’s Museum to help support the Access for Everyone programs — it takes all of us!
Today, more than ever, the need to maintain this program is critical. This spring, please make a special gift of financial support and invest in our future by investing in a child’s life.

Fund for the Future
The Madison Children’s Museum Fund for the Future is managed by Madison Community Foundation and provides a permanent, ongoing source of operating revenue to the museum.
A strong endowment will help maintain the museum during times of economic difficulty and offer us the financial flexibility to continue to grow.
The Fund for the Future will ensure that Madison Children’s Museum can serve our community for generations to come and help us continue to provide the kind of dynamic and innovative programming that was recognized with our National Medal award. We are motivated to protect our future and continue to serve as a resource to the community long after we are gone.
What is the purpose of the endowment fund?
With many different funding sources that can change or disappear, the endowment will provide a permanent, steady stream of income to assure the stability of the organization…forever.
Is there a minimum-sized gift you will accept for the endowment?
Gifts of any size for the future of Madison Children’s Museum are welcome.
How can I pay for my gift?
Gifts may be made in full or over a three-year period through designated donations of cash, appreciated securities, or insurance policies. Contributions to the Madison Children’s Museum Fund for the Future should be made out to Madison Community Foundation and designated to the fund.
