First-Time Parent Membership

How to Enroll

  1. Complete and submit the application form below.
  2. Check your email for your application confirmation, including a link to the member registration form.
  3. Complete and submit the member registration form, using the link included in your application confirmation email.
  4. Check your email for your registration confirmation letter. You are now an active museum member!
  5. Come play at Madison Children’s Museum! Members can check in using their electronic membership cards or photo ID; you can check in with an ID immediately, and your membership cards will be emailed to you within a week of registration.

Membership Terms

  • The First-Time Parent Membership is a free membership!
  • This membership is limited to first-time parents with a child under 18 months.
  • Families may enroll 2 adults and qualifying infant(s). Adults can be parents, guardians, caregivers, friends, or family members.
  • All members must be named on the membership.
  • Membership starts the day the family signs up and ends the month the child turns 18 months.
